Classes have limited space**, either due to the amount of equipment available, or in order to preserve the integrity of the class. Therefore online pre-registration is required by both members and non-members in order to ensure your place in any class, and payment is non-refundable. Drop-ins are always welcome*, but be advised your class may be overfull, so online pre-registration/online cancellation is still encouraged. (Please see the Classes section for capacity of each class.) In the event of an emergency, please contact ZG management at 701.630.5866.
Class sizes have been reduced and often have a waitlist. In order to ensure clients have every chance to attend class, please make a final attendance decision by 11:59pm the night before your class. If you feel you need to cancel, do so either in Wellness Living/Vagaro or by calling, messaging, or email. That enables us to reach out to waitlisters right away in the morning day of class, and fill any empty spots. Starting Sunday February 21st, 2021 if you forget to cancel the night before (otherwise known as a "no-call/no-show"), you will forfeit your payment/punch. Members will be assessed a $10 convenience fee per class.
In the event that a class is cancelled due to inclement weather (or any other reason), ZG staff will make every effort to contact clients who are registered for the affected classes via phone, social media, or email. A social media post will appear on the ZG Facebook page and/or the Zero Gravity Community Group announcing class cancellations.
